Limited Warranty
What is covered:
BRK CONSTRUCCION EQUIPMENT (BRK CE) warrants to owners of new BRK hydraulic breaker that for a period of twelve (12) months after purchase, that BRK CE will replace only the following parts that fail because of defects in material:
- CYLINDER
- PISTON
- SQUARE
- SUPERIOR HEAD
BRK will replace the previously stated parts according to the following schedule:

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear items such as tools (moil, chisel, blunt, tamper, frost wedge and asphalt cutter), tie-rod, tool bushings, retainer pins, hoses, hose adapters, fasteners and accessories.
- Normal maintenance service or the replacement of service wear items made in connection with normal maintenance.
- Conditions, which in the reasonable judgment of BRK CE, arise from abuse, misuse, negligence, alteration, accident, or lack of performance of necessary maintenance.
- Damage due to operation with hydraulic pressure in excess of levels recommended by BRK CE.
- Claims for loos of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product or other consequential damages; travel mileage, travel labor, or related travel or transportation or delivery expense; or overtime or premium labor rates.
Responsabilidad del propietario:
- Producto instalado y operado de acuerdo con las especificaciones y pautas publicadas por BRK CE.
- Estar familiarizado con el martillo y realizar el servicio de mantenimiento regular como se especifica en los manuales de productos aplicables.
- Retirar inmediatamente la unidad del servicio para evitar daños adicionales o posteriores ante el desarrollo un problema.
OWNER RESPONSIBILITY
- Product installed and operating in accordance with the published BRK CE specifications and guidelines.
- Being familiar with and performing regular maintenance service as specified in the applicable product manuals.
- Immediately removing the unit from service to prevent additional or subsequent damage if a problem develops.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
This Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other representations and warranties, whether expressed or implied. BRK CE expressly disclaims and excludes any implied warranty of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the Buyer or his agent be entitled to any consequential damages of any kind, whether arising out of breach of contract, warranty (including negligence and strict liability) or other theories of law, with respect to products sold or services rendered by Seller, or any undertakings, acts or omissions relating thereto. BRK CE does not authorize any other person to create for it any other liability in connection with this product. BRK CE reserves the right to change these policies as conditions dictate.
